The platform

An operational rebate subledger that feeds your ERP.

Your ERP still owns invoice price. Speedy owns the rebate math: every program, every claim, every accrual, computed line by line and written back as true net cost. No rip and replace.

How the data flows

01

Your data flows in

Point an existing export at our SFTP server. AS400 and IBM i flat files included; no reformatting, no new middleware. We exchange keys, confirm column mappings, and send a data-readiness checklist up front so there are no surprises mid-project.

02

Speedy computes the subledger

Programs are modeled as signed: tiers, growth targets, billbacks, catch-weight, deviations, sub-buckets within one vendor. Statements reconcile line by line. Short pays, missing components, and misattributed redistributor volume get flagged with the math attached.

03

True net cost flows back

GL-ready output in the format your importer already reads. Rebates flow into item cost so buyers and pricing see the bottom-dollar number, and accruals stand on computed earnings instead of faith.

Plus SFTP flat files from anything else. If your system can export, Speedy can read it.

A rules engine your team can shape

Legacy tools hand you a template and make your programs fit it. Speedy hands your team the controls: build the workflows, set the rules, keep your own terminology.

  • A review step in front of anything that posts, if you want one
  • Bulk create and approve claims across suppliers
  • Auto-renew or bulk renew expiring programs
  • Auto-include new SKUs with exclusion rules, no list maintenance
  • Deduct from the next vendor payment instead of waiting for checks
  • Rename fields, dimensions, and terminology to match how you work

IT controls the connection. Finance controls the configuration.

Where the AI actually lives

The reconciliation engine is deterministic math on your data. The AI sits on top of it, doing the work that used to be impossible, and showing its work when it does.

Reading the unstructured

Program terms live in PDFs, emails, and older documents nobody wants to re-key. AI structures that program information into the subledger, and a review step sits in front of anything that posts.

Surfacing the plays

Tier attainment alerts before the quarter closes. Whitespace like customers buying patties but not buns. Mix-shift paths to the most profitable equivalent SKU. Churn signals by customer and by rep.

Answering in plain English

Ask a question, get the number, then drill into it down to the source lines. Your team can validate any figure before acting on it.

The intelligence layer is separable. The subledger and reconciliation engine stand on their own; the AI layer goes as deep as your team wants it to.

Go-live, defined

We run in parallel with your current process until your team agrees the numbers match. That is go-live, not a promise.

12 weeks from data handoff to live. Once your data is handed off, we run in parallel with your current process until your team agrees the numbers match.
